Flag carrier airline of Rwanda, RwandAir, has assured its customers of the airline’s continuous operations to and from Britain’s capital, London.
The assurance by the airline follows the recent announcement of a national lockdown in the United Kingdom and some parts of Europe due to the resurgence of a second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
RwandAir via a press statement intimated that the airline will continue to monitor the situation in the UK and assess any possible impact on the airline’s flight schedule.
“Should there be any change, all passengers will be informed and offered the option to rebook and fly at a later date,” an excerpt of the statement read.
The statement further indicated that passengers holding RwandAir tickets to/from London or Brussels who would like to change their travel dates due to lockdown can do so at no additional cost by contacting the Airline on reservations@rwandair.com or their travel agent if the booking was not directly made by the airline.
RwandAir operates domestic and international services to East Africa, Central Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, from its main base at Kigali International Airport in Rwanda.
